About Us
Mount Zion Care Group LLC was founded in late 2022 by Gregoire Anglade and Marie Kettly Saint Louis, two healthcare professionals committed to providing dependable, person-centered care. Headquartered in Sonoma County, Mount Zion Care Group is the parent organization for two Supported Living Services programs, Optimum Care SLS and Optimum Care SLS II, which together support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Marin, Sonoma, Napa, and Solano counties in partnership with Golden Gate Regional Center and North Bay Regional Center.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Gregoire Anglade is a California-certified administrator holding both RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) and ARF (Adult Residential Facility) licenses, with more than twenty years of experience in healthcare and support services throughout Marin County — including work as a gastroenterology nurse and technology specialist at Kaiser Permanente. His clinical background and steady leadership guide Mount Zion Care Group's commitment to personalized, dignified care.
Marie Kettly Saint Louis
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Marie Kettly Saint Louis is a Registered Nurse and California-certified administrator holding both RCFE and ARF licenses, with more than twenty years of experience supporting elderly adults and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her healthcare background and person-centered approach help ensure consistent, dependable, high-quality care across the organization.
