Who We Serve

ptimum Care SLS II serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who want to live more independently in their homes and communities.

We support individuals with a wide range of abilities, needs, and personal goals throughout Sonoma, Napa, and Solano counties. Our services are tailored to each person's Individual Service Plan (ISP) and Individual Program Plan (IPP) and may range from occasional assistance to more consistent daily support.

We work closely with the individuals we serve, their families, conservators, service coordinators, healthcare providers, and the North Bay Regional Center. Our goal is to help each person make informed choices, strengthen independent living skills, participate in their community, and live with dignity, safety, and confidence.

What We Do

Optimum Care SLS II provides personalized Supported Living Services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Sonoma, Napa, and Solano counties. We work closely with each individual, their family, and the North Bay Regional Center to create support plans based on their unique needs, preferences, abilities, and goals.

We believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. Our trained staff provide dependable, person-centered care that encourages choice, builds confidence, promotes safety, and helps each individual achieve a meaningful and fulfilling quality of life.

Services We Provide

SLS — Supported Living Services

Individualized support for adults living in their own home or apartment in the community.

ILS — Independent Living Services

Skill-building instruction in cooking, budgeting, and daily routines to support independence at home.

CFS — Coordinated Family Support

Coordination and support for adults who live with family and choose to remain in the family home.

About Us

Marie Kettly Saint Louis and Gregoire Anglade lead Optimum Care SLS II, offering Supported Living, Independent Living, and Coordinated Family Support services in partnership with the North Bay Regional Center. Optimum Care SLS II serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Sonoma, Napa, and Solano counties, and has served North Bay families for 3+ years.

Gregoire Anglade

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Gregoire Anglade is a California-certified administrator holding both RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) and ARF (Adult Residential Facility) licenses. He has more than twenty years of experience providing healthcare and support services to individuals throughout Marin County, including work as a gastroenterology nurse and technology specialist at Kaiser Permanente. Through his clinical knowledge, leadership, and dedication to service, Mr. Anglade works to ensure that each individual receives personalized care that respects their choices, goals, dignity, and independence.

Marie Kettly Saint Louis

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Marie Kettly Saint Louis is a Registered Nurse and California-certified administrator holding both RCFE and ARF licenses, with more than twenty years of experience supporting elderly adults and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her extensive healthcare background, compassionate leadership, and commitment to person-centered care help ensure that every individual served by Optimum Care SLS II receives respectful, dependable, and high-quality support. She is dedicated to promoting independence, personal growth, safety, and an improved quality of life.

How Referrals Work

Placement at Optimum Care SLS II is made exclusively through regional center referral. We do not accept direct self-referrals from individuals or families — a regional center service coordinator must initiate and coordinate the placement process before admission can be considered.
